Did a great job as usual. Will be back. Was very professional and willing to adapt to add rooms that weren't on the order, I did not realize the order was originally only for a couple rugs but he was able to perform all the work w no fuss.

The total price seemed a little high but you could get here quickly which I appreciated. I also appreciated the care that your tech took to carefully read each tag so he knew how best to treat each different piece. He was also very clear in his post instructions and made sure we were aware of drying times. Thanks for getting to us so quickly. The stains I was most concerned about were taken care of!
