After making an appt online, I called the company to see if there was something available sooner. Despite the upcoming holidays (my original appt was for the day after Thanksgiving), I was able to get rescheduled for a week sooner.
Juan Rodriguez, the tech that arrived, had called me prior to his arrival to let me know his estimated time of arrival, and he did show up during the timeframe he’d stated.
Juan was very respectful and kind and apologized for the late evening (no worries, because that’s the timeframe for which I’d been scheduled and again, holidays coming).
The work was completed and I was very happy with the results. We have three dogs and our house needed to be freshened up.
On time, very through young fellow and very personable, was concerned about our cat and wanted to make sure he was okay.
The technician was great!!!
The technique of Zerorez is very good at getting out tough stains such as coffee and it is also very good about extracting dog urine smell

I like your technician he was very good at explaining things that he was going to do. Answered all of my questions and did a very outstanding job. We have used Zerorez a few times for our cleaning needs! Pete was the BEST!! I will always request this young man to do my cleaning!!
