What i liked about my service with Zeroex was that they are prompt and respectful of time. They are also very kind. What I didn't like is that my agent was not accommodating. I did not move any furniture therefore he had very little square feet to shampoo therefore I asked him if he could make up the difference and shampoo one small flight of stairs (5) small stairs and he stated he could not and because its a high traffic area i really needed it done so he charged me an additional $35. That will make me consider calling them the next time and try someone else. BUT I would recommend them to someone else.

Zerorez cleans my carpets well without leaving any residue. They don’t oversaturate the carpet which has happened with another company, drawing stains to the surface and I had to re-shampoo everything myself! Definitely saves me time and a lot of hard work if I did it myself. Juan was very kind, polite, and helpful and did an excellent job!!! I have recommended Zerorez to others needing carpet cleaning!

I’m blanking on my technicians name, but he was fantastic. He was actually able to bump me up on his schedule which was nice of him. He was understanding of the driveway not being cleared yet - which meant he had to walk in the snow.
He explained the process well, did a great job at cleaning the sectional and had clear instructions on how to best handle the aftercare.
I do plan on using you again for carpet cleaning in multiple rooms after furniture movement is complete.
