The timely manner that my technician arrived and was very considerate about covering his shoes and corners so nothing would get ruined. He was very pleasant to talk to and gave me information of spots that he knew were so old, that he said would probably not be able to remove. I thanked him for his honesty and loved how beautiful the carpet looked after he was finished. This is the kind of customer service that is appreciated! Congrats for hiring a perfect gentleman!!!!

The young man who came to clean the carpets was excellent! He clearly cared about doing a good job. Asked me questions, Let me ask questions. He took pride in his work. He did a tremendous job!

Absolutely love the job Zerorez did on the carpeting throughout the house! This was the worst carpet you could of imagine and my tech said he would do his best. My reply was "I know you can't do miracles", but I'm telling you he did. I never thought the carpet was even salvageable and could not afford new. We were all shocked and amazed of the results. My tech was amazing!
