We had our air ducts and carpets cleaned at the same time. The technician was here all day and he did an amazing job! He was very knowledgeable and kind and his attention to detail was impressive. Our carpets feel and smell great and we will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future!
Very nice young man and trainer. They were very knowledgeable of process and answered any questions I had. The young man doing the training was awesome to his trainy. They were in and out in about 2.5 hrs and cleaned 7 areas. I've never had professional cleaning done before so it was a great experience( except having to prepare for cleaning) will be using zero Rez again.
