I like the no chemical aspect. Although this is my first time using Zerorez in Omaha, I've used them in previous residences. I chose them this time for the same reason I've chosen them before. They do what they say they'll do, WHEN they say they'll do it and the young man who came to clean my carpets was very polite and respectful. I'm a lifer.

He really worked hard to address the problem areas like the high traffic and pet stain areas. He was a great ambassador for your company. He explained the services needed without being high pressure. Basically his score was a 10. The only reason the above score was a nine was your price. It's on the high side, but the service was good.

Our experience was awesome! We can't tell you how happy we are with your service. We have a dog and a cat and they have had their share of accidents and recently they both were sick within the same week. Our carpet was full of stains and now it was like they never existed! We were also nervous about if there were going to be pet smells that surfaced after the cleaning. Absolutely no smells surfaced. Our technician was wondeful. He was very professional and efficient.
