My carpets look so amazing when they are cleaned by Zerorez. Actually, they look like they are new. The service person who cleaned my carpet was very professional and kept me informed as to what he was using to to remove a very stained spot.

Dried quick without sticky residue and fresh clean smell after cleaned. One small issue, I moved a table in the living room so floor could be cleaned behind it. There was a TV on it and I know they wont move it with it on there, but he didn't tell me he was done cleaning the carpet behind it so I could move it back and now there are four spots where the carpet wasn't cleaned and very obvious.
