Our carpet looks great. . We had what looked like grease spots on the carpet from our son, who stayed at our home while we were out of town. The stains were removed for the most part. Theonly concern was the technician said there would be an additional fee for the hallway, which wasn't on the original bid. That was really silly as the hall should have been included, especially since it was a very small area. Technician was very friendly, and had great personality and corrected situation by not charging for the short hallway. I am very pleased with the way our carpet looks and we will definitely use Zerorez again. Lois Last name removed
