Service was excellent. Professional technicians. Called a day or two prior to scheduled cleaning to confirm appointment. Also, gave a heads up call an hour/30 min prior to arrival day of cleaning. Technicians were polite and answered all my questions. End result was great. Carpets and vents in much better shape. The air in my home smells cleaner (i.e. less dust and odor).

I liked the phone call prior to the appointment to confirm the ETA of the service tech. Jarret, our service tech, was on time and very friendly. He went over the service prior to the cleaning and finished ahead of time. It was a pleasant, very unstressful experience. Jarret was a professional tech!

The willingness of your technicians to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied with their services. I have used your company several times for carpet cleaning and have been very happy with the results. Recently had you come out to do tile cleaning in the master bedroom shower. Was very disappointed in the results, even after the technician went over it a second time. I will continue to use you for carpet cleaning, but would not recommend you for tile/grout cleaning.
