I liked the professionalism and how well my carpets looked after they were cleaned. I had a start window between 8-10am and Pete was there shortly after 8am. He was professional, efficient, and easy to do business with. He gave me good recommendations and decent pricing. It was my first time using Zerorez bit not my last.

The technician who came to our home was very professional. The work she did was amazing. The bathrooms tile and our entire finished basement carpet was in very bad shape and one of our bedroom carpets also was in very bad shape to the point I considered replacing it. The technician not only removed several large dark stains on light carpet but also got the majority of a candle wax spill that was red out of the carpet. I did not think it would be possible. It was well worth the money paid to have 3 bathroom tile cleaned and two bedrooms, a rec room, a hallway, and the stairs cleaned. We are replacing carpet in our main family room which is about 15 x 20 and not getting a really high quality carpet it will cost us approximately $900 whereas the cost for all of the work done by Zerorez was under $400. I highly recommend this product.
