Our tech was very friendly, professional and explained all of the services and what he was going to do in great detail before he started. The service was exceptional and very quick - just over an hour for two bedrooms, hallway and living room. Also appreciate that I could pay by credit card and didn't need to get a check or cash.

Does not leave carpet sticky. Will not mold after Like others will because so wet. The people that come out know there product. They act professional and are polite.
