This is our first time using Zerorez. We were happy with the way the carpet turned out. We did not have any bad spots to clean just normal traffic dirt. So far so good. Carpet dried pretty quick. The service person was professional and courteous.

The invoice says there was a no charge assessment for duct cleaning. We were not aware of that service happening.
