Very courteous employees who arrive promptly and do a thorough job. The products Zero-Rez uses are superior to that any of the other carpet cleaners use in our opinion.
They were nice and polite and professional and I had a problem with rain water seeping in the night before and they assured me it shouldn't be a problem and spend it a little extra care in those sections. And as a owner of a daycare center with the little toes and fingers on the floor I'm glad there is no chemical residue on the floor thank you so much again

Anyway he was very knowledgeable of the services provided and explained in detail and was not pushy. He was a true gentleman and respected my house and family! He is a wonderful worker!
