Zerorez always does a great job on our carpets. They show up on time, recommend only what needs to be done to get rid of stains and odors. Zerorez guarantees their results and will come back out to retreat an area if the problem has not been resolved.

I really had a good technician this time. I was disappointed on how my steps were cleaned last time. Jared showed me how they should have been done and did a great job. Everything looks fantastic. Sorry for us he's been promoted but happy for him. Great young man.

I appreciate the thought of it being chemical free using water because I am also in a similar business. I do not feel that my carpets were left feeling as amazing as they looked. I had a double topical Done, which was very expensive, and I feel the carpets were a bit sticky feeling after they finally dried. It took a couple days for them to finally dry on my longer carpet and my short carpet left the area smelling like dirt. I know that the carpets are not brand new and it had been a few years since they had been professionally cleaned but they definitely didn't WOW me. They price and results make me feel sick to know I paid that much. I think she tried her best so I gave her a ten but I do feel a bit let down.
