Tech was friendly. I wasn't happy they were wet but that was my misunderstanding. I likely won't use again but because I want dry cleaning.

It's somewhat deceiving when you schedule your appointment at the advertised price of 3 rooms for $119 and your bill ends up coming to $250. I had my living room, 3 bedrooms and a very small "hallway" cleaned (if you can call it that since it's a very small area) with level 1 pet treatment in two small areas. In the bedrooms it was traffic areas only. It's hard to believe that little bit of extra cost me another $130. I think this is the 5th time I have used you and every time it ends up costing me way more than the advertised price.
