Your tech that you sent was just awesome! She was very attentive, friendly and worked carefully. It dried pretty fast too. The only thing I would recommend is something the service we had back where we came from did. They "raked" the carpet afterwards, it just helps make the traffic areas look less worn. Thank you!
Also, I was a little surprised at the price/vs time. Again, where we came from, they did the vacuuming, moved furniture and also used "all natural" stuff that didn't draw the soil back to it.It was always 2 people that came too. It didn't' take your tech very long-not that I thought she hurried, but when I scheduled it with your company, they said it could take up to 3 hrs based on what I told them. She was here (I think) an hourish.

Liked the fact the company called to let me know that they may be a little late, due the truck breaking down. The crew still arrived on time and was very professional.
Initially I had a couple of concerns. I was immediately contacted by Lisa to address my concerns. She made sure that a follow up appointment was set to have a supervisor come to the house and attempt to take care of the issues that I was not happy about.
Lisa is one of the best customer service reps I have dealt with in a very long time. :)

I like that the chemicals you use are not harmful to pets. We have 3 German Shepherds so it would be hard to keep them off the carpet for 24 hours. But we did not have to worry about them getting sick.
