The young man that cleaned my carpets, Moses, did a fabulous job. He explained everything thoroughly and even waited til my husband (who works nights) got up to answer the door instead of just leaving, even gave me a courtesy call as I was at work. The only suggestion I would have is it would have been nice to have a courtesy follow-up call after booking my appointment online from a person. Other than that I would recommend your company.
Pete was fantastic. He arrived on time and was very approachable and friendly. He walked through the options with me and we decided on the best treatment to fit our needs.
