Outstanding customer service from Shauna. She is friendly and went the extra mile to make sure my carpet came clean despite the buildup of oils from my bulldog. Turned out better than I expected. I will request Shauna on future cleans. My husband was so impressed that he now wants our carpets cleaned on a routine schedule.
