The texhnitions were very friendly and efficient. I did have an issue with a pet stain and odor returning after the service, especially while carpets were still wet. Zerorez called and is returning to clean areas again.

Chris arrived on time. Upon request he viewed the areas I wanted cleaned and he gave me a estimated cost for the cleaning service. Then wearing cover over slippers he went about pretreating soiled areas and then on to the ‘cleaning’ process. Great care was given to each room. There was a pleasant citrus smell in the air. The carpets are clean now with a reasonable time for the drying over. The results are very pleasing. Chris is a polite young man and we look forward to a return visit in the future to once again have his very professional service.

Our service tech was great! I believe his name was Austin. He was very thorough from start to finish. Explained what the process was and cost of everything before he began. He worked quickly, and my carpets look amazing! Was also extremely happy that he was there by 10:30/10:45 when my time frame was anytime between 10-1!

Excellent team member takes time to discuss and go over the entire carpet cleaning process. Zerorez was the best cost of three companies I contacted to clean our carpets. Carpets did not have chemical smell and water remaining when the job was completed. Will use Zerorez the next time our carpets need cleaning.

Fast professional and effective. Removed stains I had given up on and did my main floor and upstairs in about an hour. Amazing! I have a dog so I wanted a method that would not bother him. He has lots of allergies but the cleaning did not have any effect on him at all. Would definitely use again and recommend!

I was really impressed with the young man who came and did such a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. We had a pet who urinated in one of our rooms. The big question was....where in that room and how many times did our cat urinate? The smell was awful. He took the time to check all of the rooms with a light that could see urine. The urine was found and he treated it with a product. He recommended what to do with the sub floor after the carpet dries. He cleaned 3 bed rooms, a long hall, and a very large living room and the price was great. He was very professional and very personable. My carpet looks brand new. Thank you for your service!
