Chris was great. However, I was surprised by the huge jump in price from the estimate. I know that the pricing said that it could vary, but I think that you need to be a bit more transparent. I think the spot treatment for us was fair, but I wish I had been prepared for that jump.

I love how soft and clean my carpets look and feel after having Zerorez clean my carpets. The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was kind, honest, and helpful. I would certainly have him back again. This is the only company we use to clean our carpets.

Shauna was on time and she called before she came to our home. Shauna told me what she was going to do before she started and asked me if I knew where some areas of the carpet needed some extra stuff! Shauna went to work-she was efficient and wasted no time in completing her work. Also I really like the use of those shields (guards) on the corner of a wall or sofa corner!
