My carpet needed to be cleaned quickly prior to an Open House. Zerorez was able to schedule a cleaning the next day (Saturday). Although he was late due to another appointment, the gentlemen did a very thorough job and got the carpets "in shape" in time for our Open House.

The professionalism of the employee and the courteousness showed to me and my home. The carpet is not too wet and the cleaning process does not take a long time to do. I had a traffic path and he explained that he would not be ables to remove the path but just lighten it as it is worn. I appreciated his explaining that to me. Thank you.
