We also had the tile floor in our kitchen cleaned. I was a little concerned because the floor is Travertine, but it looks wonderful.

Chris the technician... was very thorough. He was also helpful in explaining the process.. what "empowered water" is and showed us how much old soap he was pulling from the carpet. On the downside.. the vacuum suction pulled some of the carpet up from the tack strips along the edges... and also resulted in some slack and humps in the carpet when the job was done. Those seem to have subsided since... but the edges are still a little loose in places. Overall... very pleased.

The carpets are clean and the tech was professional and great to work with. My only problem was that I had signed up for a 10 am - 1 pm window. I called around 11 am to make sure the tech was still coming. He didn't come until 1:30 pm. It would've been helpful if someone had let me know the timeframe was pushed back in advance. Thanks!

We were so impressed with the carpet cleaning job that was done at our house. We have used Stanley Steamer in the past - and were weren't happy with them because we felt some stains were left behind - and that a wet dog smell was left in our house.
My husband has wanted me to try Zerorez because he heard good things about them. I heard an ad on the radio and that enticed me to call. I liked that I could get an estimate and book on-line.
The rep that came to my house was very personable and efficient. He did a really nice job - and his cleaning lifted stains on the carpeting. My house did not have a wet dog smell & the carpeting was dried by the next morning.
I will recommend them, and use them in the future.
