very thorough job and friendly
Zerorez left our old carpet looking new. Got out all the animal stains, The carpet dried quickly and looks great.
We have light colored carpeting that is at least 15 years old. Zerorez has been able to give it new life in 2015, 2016 and again in 2019 - after 3 years! The new "carpet groomer" machine brought up lots of "stuff" from deep within the carpet fibers.
The process used removes much of the water, and most of the carpet was dry within about 6 hours. The area that needed extra dry time was because I had pre-treated a fairly large area that day with stain remover they provided during a prior cleaning - just to be sure it came as clean as possible. I am not sure I needed to do that. We are so amazed at how clean this old carpet is now, and decided it was worth putting down their premium fiber protector to get a bit more life before replacing it.
The Tech who was here was very pleasant to work with. He put protectors in areas where the hose would rub against the wall, and he wore protective covers on his shoes. I like the fact that now harsh chemicals are used by this company.

Chris was great. However, I was surprised by the huge jump in price from the estimate. I know that the pricing said that it could vary, but I think that you need to be a bit more transparent. I think the spot treatment for us was fair, but I wish I had been prepared for that jump.

Shauna was on time and she called before she came to our home. Shauna told me what she was going to do before she started and asked me if I knew where some areas of the carpet needed some extra stuff! Shauna went to work-she was efficient and wasted no time in completing her work. Also I really like the use of those shields (guards) on the corner of a wall or sofa corner!
