Client Testimonials
Very prompt courteous communicative Did a great job !,..Scott was the best !
Everyone I spoke with was friendly and the appointment went well. The only reasons I didn't give a perfect score are that I had trouble scheduling the appointment online (coupon code wouldn't work after confirming it was still valid) and the carpet didn't smell "fresh" after cleaning. it didn't smell like mildew or anything bad; it just smelled like it had been ... wet. I would've preferred a fresh smell, or no smell at all. I would do it again, though!
Tyler was very careful to prepare and explain the service. Aldo careful with hoses in the house
Scott was great. He did a wonderful job on the carpets and was fast. This was the second time he had done our carpet--came last year also. glad he was assigned to us again.

I definitely won't be using your services again because of the price, but the gal over the phone was very nice and cleared some stuff up for me. You guys are lucky to have her and that she cares so much about your company.
