Austin called when he was on his way. He was right on time. Walked through the house with us to see where we really wanted to be cleaned. He explained the process, offered us some protectant for our carpet but didn’t push it on us. (The last thing you want is someone pushing more stuff on you to buy). Once he was done he asked me to walk around and see if there was any places I thought needed more work. I was super happy with how it turned out. This was our “trial” to see how much we liked it. We LOVED how I turned out and we can’t wait to schedule the rest of the house!

The carpet looks great -- spots I didn't expect to come out are gone! Most of the carpets are 29 years old and with the thorough cleaning they will easily get us through the spills from our grand-kids for a while. One carpet is about 12-13 years old and it's looks brand new plus it's really clean so I even slept better last night! Duane arrived within the time frame and was so careful with our furnishings and our time. He was polite, energetic, and even put our three year-old-granddaughter at ease. Very pleased once again.

Last night we just thought a supervisor was coming back out to inspect the work that was done a few weeks ago. But he actually re-cleaned our carpet on the spot. He explained things very thoroughly, was detailed AND we could walk on our carpets and they were not super soggy like our first time. The customer service was also great! He called
