Considering the age of our carpet, it cleaned up really nice. It has been less than 2 weeks, but so far, so good. Our service tech, Austin I believe, was very nice and even moved our couch and chair himself. He was also honest about some areas that would probably not get great results. One thing I would have appreciated was the option to purchase some spot cleaner - I had forgotten about that between the time I booked the appointment online and the day of the appointment. I revisited the FAQs later after the appointment and was reminded that Zerorez has a product available for cleaning spots and our tech didn't offer us any of that.
The carpet looked brand new and the service was quick! The guy who cleaned our carpets was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and had our best interests in mind.

I never would have thought that the carpet would be so clean after having it in the house for 20 years. I was hoping that 50% of the spots would come out, but they all did except for my grease spots under the couch recliners. Which I neglected for many years. Now they are very faint at least. Everything else looks perfect. I have already told a few people how great a job Austin did and recommended your service. Thank You very much. Name removed
