Where do I start - the person who did the cleaning was amazing. Not only did she completely remove an embarrassing stain that had been in the middle of our living room for about a year, she raised the carpet nap to a like-new condition - even on the stairs. Not an easy task on a carpet that is 13 years old. I was really impressed. The cost of the job was very reasonable & she worked efficiently. I will ask for her by name the next time we do our carpets. I’ve already recommended ZeroRes to my in-laws, so you know I’m really pleased.
