Your system of scheduling and communicating is excellent and uncommonly thorough. The person you sent to do the job was professional and personable. The job was done thoroughly. If I would have known that you did duct cleaning, I would probably have saved money by scheduling it at the same time, instead of requiring two trips, but I probably overlooked that in the information I had. My daughter-in-law had a co-worker in Lincoln who had your service and raved about it, so my son recommended you to me. I told him that it was expensive, but worth every penny. It would probably have been a better deal if I had included more cleaning, but the great job was worth what it cost me. I can have confidence in the job that was done.
Service was excellent. Worked hard to get some pet stains to come out that I would never of thought would even lighten up. Carpet looks and feels great will be getting done again in 6 months or so as we have a German Shedder.
This was my first time using a professional company to clean my carpets and I am truly satisfied! My carpets look great and the gentleman who cleaned them was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I would absolutely recommend!

I am really satisfied with my cleaning. I was going through puppy training and its been about a week since the cleaning and the smell is completely gone now. I can’t smell it whether I run the air conditioning or the heat. The carpet guy that washed my carpets Pete Bailey was amazing. He knew what he was talking about and was really thorough with his cleaning. This experience was definitely worth every penny.
