Professional, clean, quick, and no pressure on up sales. Before your service, I thought I was going to have to retire the carpet. I believe you added a few more years of serviceability for the carpet.
Your system of scheduling and communicating is excellent and uncommonly thorough. The person you sent to do the job was professional and personable. The job was done thoroughly. If I would have known that you did duct cleaning, I would probably have saved money by scheduling it at the same time, instead of requiring two trips, but I probably overlooked that in the information I had. My daughter-in-law had a co-worker in Lincoln who had your service and raved about it, so my son recommended you to me. I told him that it was expensive, but worth every penny. It would probably have been a better deal if I had included more cleaning, but the great job was worth what it cost me. I can have confidence in the job that was done.
