My carpets look, feel and smell amazing. The price was fair and the technician was very personable, explained everything easily, and did a quick but thorough job. He also killed a giant scary spider that came scurrying out from behind a closet door after he was done.

Excellent experience all the way around. Fast response time, tech was wonderful, process is amazingly easy and quick-drying. Our carpets look and smell so clean, without the chemical “ickiness” that can come with traditional soaps. We are very pleased and will certainly recommend to others.
