Tyler did a great job on the carpets. They weren’t in bad condition, but had never been professionally cleaned. He seemed to truly enjoy his job. The only complaint I have is a very mild complaint. I wish he would’ve told me the landing below the steps was wet still so I could’ve wiped it it. It was quite wet after a couple hours when I went to leave the house. Maybe he didn’t even notice. But I’d definitely use zero Rez again if I need the carpets cleaned. Thanks!

Actually looks clean, dries fast, not crunchy after it dries. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Was trying to up-sell but not in an off putting way, wasn’t putting pressure on me.
It was easy and fast to schedule our appointment. The technician was on time, informative, efficient and polite. We are happy that our carpets are now clean before our new baby. I have peace of mind it was done in a nontoxic process for our family and dog. I’m very satisfied and have scheduled more rooms to be done. I will be referring family and friends.
