The technician, young man, was very polite and attentive. When I asked him to go over an area of concern(highly soiled, heavy traffic) again, he did so willingly and promptly. That area came clean very nicely. Had not been cleaned in years and years. Your process seems to work very well.
The technician was very knowledgeable about my problem and tried his best to remove the odor. Unfortunately it didn't remove it completely, but he told me upfront that it might not. I think that given the circumstances, there was nothing further he could have done.

Tech did a fine job
The gentleman who came was very nice, and I'm sure he tried his best. He just did not clean my carpets to my satisfaction. IF, a big IF, I use your company again I will likely request the technician I had before. I'll have to think about it very hard before I make that decision. I don't want to waste my money again.

It removed all of the stains and we could walk on the carpet right after the service person was done. The service person was quick, professional and got out all the stains.
