We were able to get an appointment within 3 days of my calling to schedule our carpet cleaning. The young man, Connor, who provided the cleaning services called as promised the day of the appointment and was there within 40 minutes of the phonecall. He was extremely courteous and professional and explained in detail the services we requested and the benefits they would provide and also offered additional protection for the carpet fiber to help prevent further wear. Everything was done efficiently and very timely. When Connor left he made sure we knew we could call him if we still noticed any pet odor as we had the pet protection applied and he would come back and reapply it again. No smell or dangerous chemicals
I would recommend your company to everyone I could. I have had my ducts cleaned and your guys that came were terrific. Now I had my carpet cleaned after I had water come in after about a week of rain, both guys that came were fantastic. One came to do it the first time, then another came to redo a coupe of spots. You are the best and your employees are great too.

The technician, young man, was very polite and attentive. When I asked him to go over an area of concern(highly soiled, heavy traffic) again, he did so willingly and promptly. That area came clean very nicely. Had not been cleaned in years and years. Your process seems to work very well.
The technician was very knowledgeable about my problem and tried his best to remove the odor. Unfortunately it didn't remove it completely, but he told me upfront that it might not. I think that given the circumstances, there was nothing further he could have done.
Your cleaning of my carpets is the best I’ve had done from anyone who has ever cleaned my carpets! The person who came was pleasant, went right to work, did a great job, and was gone within an hour or less!!!
