I was very pleased with the job that Tyler and Pete did with my room - hallway and steps... I felt sorry for them because OPPD was putting in a new light pole on 52nd street and had it blocked off to traffic, so it was impossible for them to get in the driveway...BUT THEY FIGURED IT OUT...THEY CAME DOWN THE ALLEY AND UP THE BACK STEPS TO GET THE HOSES IN THE HOUSE!!!! THESE TWO GUYS (Pete & Tyler) NEED A BIG RAISE!!! I will definitely use Zerorez again...THANKS FOR HIRING SUCH GOOD HELP!!! ...Kay York

The servicemen arrived on time and did a great job for us. They were working on one spot on the sofa for an extended time to attempt to remove cat pee. I may need them to come back to address it again within the 30 day time frame.
No chemicals. Scott is great he has helped me out with messes my pup made :)

Your technicians really care about getting the carpet clean and they DO.
Scott and Tyler did a lovely job cleaning our carpets & upholstery. Our carpet looks fantastic and the couch and chairs look like new. My only complaint is that we had to scrub overspray off of our walls from where the upholstery was cleaned. Our walls are painted dark so the white water marks were very evident.
