My experience with this company was amazing. To start, my initial call was friendly and informative with flexible scheduling. The day of the appointment, the technician was on time and very polite. Payment was conveniently completed digitally. About an hour later once he finished, my carpet looked and felt new again. The pet odor was completely gone and there were no more stains. I was and still am very impressed and pleased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tyler was very professional and did an amazing job! We had a very large nasty older pee spot from our older dog that I did my best to clean up, you could still kind of see it but he did his magic and you can’t even tell where it was!! Or smell it. I think I’m the only one that could smell it in our family but that was besides the point. I would definitely recommend Tyler and zerorez over and over again. This is the second time we’ve used them and will continue to use them.

I paid $300 for pet treatment in one area and it is not cleaned. Our tech was awesome, but not happy about the result of the $300 area. Our carpet is by no means gross, as it is less than one year old.

Quality is great. Tyler worked hard, efficiently and so polite and respectful. The products are safe for my dog which I was concerned about. There are no chemicals, only safe and plant based! Tyler explained the fiber protection for carpets and I was sold. When he was completely done, my carpets look absolutely beautiful. This was my second time using your service and my husband was so pleased he asked me if I made our next appointment yet! 6 months from now I hope Tyler can provide the service again for us.
