The technician was very thorough not only with the explanation of the services, but also the explanation of the cleaning process, the areas that were scheduled to be cleaned, as well as the aftercare (if you want to refer to it as such) instructions. When I asked questions he knew the answers to them all, and I firmly believe that people go into this type of cleaning service with way too high of expectations and expect the carpets to look brand new with absolutely no stains even if they are 15 years old and need to be changed out, such as the case with my rental home that I had the carpets just cleaned at. However, this technician was very realistic and explained before he started that was not the case but that he would do the best he could. Well I will be the first to say that his best was beyond my expectations and definitely exceeded what I thought to be possible! I have used them multiple times and will continue to recommend them to everyone and also use them again myself!

I have used ZeroRez several times. The service professionals are very friendly and courteous I have found them to be very careful protecting the corners of my walls and doing a very good job cleaning the carpet. I especially like that there is no sticky residue left after cleaning the carpet.

The best way I can put it is that he did and amazing job and it turned out way better than expected! The carpet looks great and the young man that did it pretty much brought our carpet back from the dead! It looks so clean and the rooms just feel better and even brighter cause of how clean the carpet looks and it also has left a nice smell of clean in the house. We are very happy and have also recommended the company and the employee to others already.
