Quality is great. Tyler worked hard, efficiently and so polite and respectful. The products are safe for my dog which I was concerned about. There are no chemicals, only safe and plant based! Tyler explained the fiber protection for carpets and I was sold. When he was completely done, my carpets look absolutely beautiful. No chemicals used. Surface is very clean again and carpeting fluffy. Removes unsightly path areas throughout the house, especially in the bedrooms. First time we had a couch and chair cleaned. They look like new again. Nice to have them deep-cleaned. Technician was very kind and efficient.
