The guy that came and did our carpets was amazing. Down on his hands and knees checking out stains, thoroughly explaining all products, how they work, and why they are necessary. We love ZeroRez and won't ever use anyone else. Our carpets look fabulous!

We will recommend Zerorez. We have had them clean carpets before and they always to a great job. The carpets looks new. One shouldn't have lite gray carpets to keep looking good if you don't have carpet cleaner who can really make them really great when they do them.

The first time they came out and cleaned I did point out a couple of coffee spills and the tec said they may not come out and he tried his best. And after the carpet dried they were still there, but after my review, they contacted me to come back out and see if they could get the stains up with some pre-treatment and I agreed. It worked, and the stains are gone so they stand by their guarantee and I highly recommend them to anyone.
