I think Lincoln is a really hard worker and certainly aims to please! He reminds me of my 23 yr old son and myself. We work hard and are all about great customer service. So a 10 for him on that.
The one thing I'm confused about is some small stains left in the carpets. I feel like Lincoln worked maybe too fast. He was here for a little over an hour for 5 rooms, stairs and a hallway.. Are my expectations too high? I truly think that for $440, all stains should be up. I'm not sure how that's done and that's why I didn't buy a steamer and do it myself,but I would think that's why most people want their carpets cleaned. I don't know. What do professional carpet cleaners do? How far do they go?
These questions are not coming from anger, so please don't take it like that. I honestly want to know what I should have expected? Thanks so much for the follow up!
How clean carpets were after.
Just took some nasty looking carpet in a rental of ours to look almost new again.
The technician was friendly and tried to do as much as possible but aware if whstcwasnt needed too.

He also patiently answered my questions, and helped me return the lighter items to their original spots. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again myself!
