Pete was very friendly and very informative, but not pushy at all. I would absolutely recommend him/the company to others. The cleaning came out great. Your staff member did an excellent job, thoroughly cleaning the HVAC system and the carpets. When he left, the house smelled completely different and continues to smell clean over 2 weeks later. He was pleasant, punctual, and explained the prices for each of the services quite well. He also offered additional services based on our needs without being pushy, which we took for our downstairs carpets. I will absolutely use zerorez again when I need them.
Quick, easy, great results
Our dogs made a mess after getting into some candy, the stain it left on the carpet was one I knew I could not get out. Because of this, I decided to reach out to zerorez simply from hearing the name on the radio and the prices listed were extremely reasonable. Tylor called when he was about 20 minutes away, super friendly and professional. He did an amazing job on the rooms we were having done, along with our stairs. When the stain didn't come out initially, he said he would try something else and sure enough, it came out! The last time our carpets were cleaned by another company, I was not that impressed. After zerorez came out, I said I will only contact them from here on out. Carpets look amazing and Tylor was great to work with. Can't say enough about how great the entire experience was.

The products and how amazingly clean the carpets look and smell are why I chose Zerorez again. This is only my second time using Zerorez. Once when I had my old carpet and now with my 2 year old carpet. Amazing outcome on my old carpet. I do spot shampooing myself, but have two dogs who are mark spots occasionally. I want to keep the carpet looking and smelling newer. I had such a great experience previously, so I didn’t even have to decide who to take care of my carpet cleaning this time. The employees both have been so personable and professional. Kudos to them and Zerorez. The prices are great also!!
