The staff at the office was easy to talk to regarding the service we needed as well as the scheduling of the appointment. The Service Technician, Zac, was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and able to fully explain what was needed to clean the carpet and what the costs were for different services that he could provide.
The cleaning that we agreed to was professionally done to our satisfaction. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the work that Zac did on our carpet. We have used Zeroez in the past and will use in the future.

Scott from Zerorez cleaned my carpet and did an outstanding job. He first went over the carpet to take up any lose threads, then sprayed the areas of high traffic, and finally, went over it with his machine that cleans. My carpet looks and feels like new.

I did, however have to clean a six inch diameter oil leak problem left on our driveway. That was ok because it was my fault for not asking if your van leaked oil. Previously I told him he could park in our driveway. Next time I will ask if your van leaks. Don’t worry, I will still use Zerorez!
