My first time having carpets cleaned in many years. The tech was prompt, courteous and explained everything. The carpets looked great and were completely dry in about eight hours. No issues with the cats and the chemical they use.
Technicians are knowledgeable and the carpet doesn't take days to dry out. Plus there is no "crunchiness" left over from detergents.

The technician had an outstanding work ethic. Our house is 4200 sf with a lot of vents and returns, and we also had him clean our dryer vent (which had additional challenges). He was more than happy to do all the work with professionalism and expedience. Plus, he took extra care to protect wall corners and furniture that could come into contact with the hoses. A+ on this!
