We had a problem. A technician, Tom, came immediately. We were out of gas. The next day--very early in the morning--the truck came, filled the tank, and checked for leaks. Within 24 hours, therefore, we were back in business!

The driver was very attentive to my concerns. Took the time to find the cause of my issue & then called the office in order to have a service tech dispatched to address the problem. The technician was very professional, having arrived in about an hour.

They come regularly to fill our tank. Prices seem very high this delivery. I am very disappointed that the propane filling station in Oak Ridge has been closed. I have gotten propane there since the early 70s. Bring back our filling station! NOW!!

Once I got through to a live person, the response was very fast.
Difficult to reach a person in the office when calling. It took a number of phone calls to reach somebody initially. Always got voicemail. They said they would call back, but it took a while for the return call. Also, if somebody had a propane leak there should be instructions on who to call.
