Somebody always takes my calls and helps with a problem. Gale, Tyler, Mike, Scott, Natalie - they've all been very friendly, helpful and efficient. Tyler even helped with advice on landscapers to clear the access to the tanks and Gale advised on the installation of digital monitoring device. I also appreciate the regular communication via emails regarding payments and deliveries. Thank you all.

I never knew how difficult it was to get a new propane service. It required three permits. Scott and Janet were so helpful in navigating this process. Other propane companies didn’t give me the time of day while Eastern Propane took the time to satisfy my needs. The technician was also very helpful and knowledgeable

I received a phone call from Natalie because my payment had not been received. I did make the payment but it was thru my bank payment center & apparently they do not process the checks when the customer inputs them. I explained to Natalie that I made the payment at least a week before she reached out to me. She was very understanding & a pleasure to speak to.

All customer service in the various offices I connected with were all very friendly and helpful. As a new customer, I do think there needs to be a little more organization/guidance in terms of getting my account setup and getting someone out to service the Tank etc. My experience was not horrible, but at times confusing.
