Technician was great, on time, took all safety precautions, very neat and left area clean (how he found it). took all safety measures during this (covid 19 pandemic as well). Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him as well as Eastern Propane. ( this was our yearly service cleaning program)

My wife smelled propane when she opened the door to our new, but vacant home. She opened the windows, went outside and called Eastern Propane. They sent over a very nice technician who identified the leak and shut off the gas. Thankfully my husband was able to repair it and called Eastern to test the system and turn it back on. When he and his colleague tested the system they identified two more leaks with my husband present which he repaired as well. One of the Technicians returned the following day, tested the system and turned on the gas. We really are thankful they tirelessly worked to make sure all the leaks were sealed and ensure our safety!

We are a new first year customer as we installed a propane gas fired generator in July. We were very impressed with Eastern Propane during the installation process and service. Recently while driving on our road, I saw an Eastern Propane truck and asked if he could stop at our home also to fill up for the winter season and got it done. How is that for customer service? I have had Eastern Propane since we moved into our new home in 1992. The service and delivery are always excellent ! Never had any problems.
Not sure since they merged, but eastern was always accurate about keeping our tank filled and bill payment was easy thru their portal.
