Each year we’ve paid in advance for our furnace cleaning. Two year went by and no one called to schedule an appointment. Life is busy for the homeowner. I feel that the company should have a schedule reminder on pre paid plans.
As a result my husband called the propane company and spoke with an office rep. The person who took our call handled the situation professionally and was only able to credit us for one year of cleaning service. We’ve been loyal customers and have several accounts.
