I'm in the final stages of selling house at 87 Mountain Glen Road in Ringwood,NJ.
Unfortunately I had a health issue a day before the closing. When tanks ran to empty. I was falsely told that your technicians could not get in to re-lite pilots, but the real problem was they shut down because several fittings were compression instead of flare. This caused delay in getting repair just as holiday came on.
I will still recommend your company.

Super responsive to service calls and excellent customer service.
Very dependable and the entire staff from the office to the delivery are nice. It’s rare these days that a customer based company is actually cordial to the people they count on to maintain their business but Eastern Propane seems to understand that. I have nothing negative to say about the company.

I checked the tank over the weekend and I was below 8 percent. Then I called on Monday the
21st of December. I had my delivery the same day.
