Everything is so automated now (deliveries scheduled on time with your ability to remotely read installed tank meters; auto-pay which eliminates involvement on our part). My interaction with Sales has always been extremely positive. When I had a generator installed last year, your team was out here on time coordinating the propane piping hookup, working flawlessly with me, the town, and the generator dealer. And I really like your website. My experience with the Eastern Propane company and services has been very positive.
The delivery is seamless and the drivers are very nice people.
My only criticism relates to billing and websites and apps. The company has gone through several switches of systems and methods. It is very confusing.
