It was very simple to navigate the website in creating my banner. I had staff review my order in case there were any issues. The response was very fast and the order approved. I received my banner in less time stated. I was VERY pleased with the outcome of my purchase. The quality of material used is sturdy and is more than I expected. Lots of potential starting points to design a custom banner
This was my first time ordering any signs or decals for my branch. I knew what I needed and it was easy on the website to shop and custom design my decal. When I wanted to talk to someone about my order before I approved the proof it was super easy and the customer service was awesome! I told them what I wasn't sure about and they made sure my order was correct and verified it with me. Overall my experience was great! Definitely will use Decals.com again!
