The process was very easy and straightforward. There was helpful information about what each option meant for people who don’t know the terminology. This made a very big difference for me as I didn’t know anything about the different materials and the or the types of cuts. The processing time was fast and not only did I get an email for my design proof but I got a call letting me know my design proof was ready for me to approve or request changes.

I was unable to upload my file. I'm on an iMac with Safari. I ended up emailing my file and Kristine Ebbinga took care of me. She was excellent help and I really appreciated her taking control of the job.

I did not request a call but there were a few issues with the design sent over for printing. The call made me feel valued and gave me confidence that we were getting the best possible product.
