Deb, who handled my project, was great in helping me understand my options and directing me to the best outcome. The process took only a couple of e-mailed exchanges and the proofs were perfect. Looking forward to putting the new decal on our boat.

I liked I could understand what I was ordering by clicking on the extra information button. For example, having the visual of a die cut vs. a kiss cut was super useful for knowing what I wanted to order.

I also loved my customer service rep: Kalie Peters. She was efficient, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. I appreciated the added touch of a phone call to confirm my order and to make sure we were all on the same page.

Everything moved quickly: I placed my order and less than 24 hours later it was getting ready for print.

Excited to see my products!

I found it very easy to use the tools provided on the website to create my design. Also, the company was very quick to respond to my order placement. Stacy was very helpful and responsive when she realized my design might need some work and provided a nice solution for applying a fix. I haven't received the item yet but the proof looks fantastic!
