Sean Walker was excellent! We've always ordered from a different company in the past, and he called and introduced himself to me asking if he could provide me some info. I was at our EOY and extremely busy and he checked in in frequently, but super low pressure. Once I got a little caught up, I found out my company did not want to use another vendor. While working with my "regular" vendor, they weren't being flexible and ultimately would not have been able to get my product to me in the time frame I needed. I decided to reach back out to Sean and he not only was able to meet my deadline, he was also able to price match what we needed! He was extremlely professional through the entire process and the rest of team was equally pleasant, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend.

After uploading my artwork, I immediately got an email and a call from their customer service rep, Cerise Jones, who I've worked with before. She's smart, friendly, and helpful. I've been quite happy with all the things they've printed for out church and the Red Cross.
I have started a new trucking company and needed custom decals for my truck. Deb Jons worked on my order and was very helpful and communicated with me at every stage of the process. I received the decals on Saturday and applied them to my truck yesterday and they are beautiful. Exactly as I designed and looked better than I ever hoped for. For a rookie designer and new business owner, it was great to be able to do it myself and just upload it and have them delivered a week later. Super easy and convenient.
I plan to purchase more trucks and trailers over the next year and will definitely use Decals.com for my truck logos.

It was so personalized and they were quick to respond! I appreciated the team work when the representative who was originally helping me was out on vacation, someone else swooped in to help! I can tell that is really great company culture!
Easy to design online and fast turnaround. It would be nice if the art for approval was a larger file that could be zoomed in. I had concerns about a area that I couldn't see detail on on the small graphics, it showed up on the banner. I would have corrected if I could see it larger on the AFA file.
