You gave me exactly what I ordered, it's true. But one thing I would love to see is a "low resolution" warning, like Shutterfly has. The banner I created looks great on a computer screen, but once it's blown up to the size I specified, it looks very distorted. I know it's my fault, not yours, and I know the reason why it's that way. I just think your customers would be more satisfied if they knew before they ordered that it was going to look like that.
I appreciate actual human assistance, in the form of Michael, as I had no idea what I was doing. I had some imagery provided to me but had never had anything like this printed before. Michael understood what I was going for and assisted me in getting the correct item. The quality of the sticker is great and I'll certainly reach out again the next time I find myself needing any of the types of graphics they provide.

My son was killed in car accident in June of 24 and he had two boys the ages 10 and 7yrs,
I talked to my grand boys Sunday and asked them what they wanted for Christmas?
They informed me that they wanted a banner that read:
Merry Christmas to the World's best Mom.
Holy cow there was no way that I could not make this work for them. So, on the following Monday I searched the web and How Lucky was I to find BANNERS.COMI 'm thinking someone guided to this site.
I found the Banner that I wanted filled out the words and paid the extra for 2-day shipping
Joe Called me on Tuesday because I forgot to pick out the matte and grommets. He informed me that it takes two days to make and then two days to ship. I needed to get that to the boys ASAP. I informed Joe what was going on and he worked miracles for me. The boys received the Banner on Friday and are going to wrap it up for their mom for Christmas. I cannot say Thank you enough for making them and their Mom's Christmas a merry one
