Andrea was a 10++. She was so kind, sweet and patient with me...very helpful all the way around! I have had people help me before at different places, but it's always been businesslike. It's been a long time since I've had such helpful, patient, and genuinely kind customer service help like hers. I am 65 and it was refreshing to be helped like I was, in a world that has become much more impersonal. She was the way I remember customer service to be when I was younger. When I was taking a while, she told me "just take your time". I even received a kind "thank you" card from her.
