I talked to Kaylee first and she seemed unprepared for my high level of specificity. Unfortunately she dropped the ball and didn't send out the color-matching-proof that I requested. Later I talked to Cassie and she made me feel like an executive. We discussed the different options and she laid out the timeline so I knew what to expect.

The customer service was very good. Easy enough to do however, I wish there were some way a person can take a photograph of the area they want the decal and see how it would look in practice. Like thos home deco apps where you can see different deco styles, and what they would look like in your home.
