I have ordered from decals.com twice and have been very happy both times. The process has been consistent, extremely easy and straight forward. Within a business day of placing the order , a human representative of the company reaches out to confirm and verify that the order looks okay before sent to production. The representative was very responsive to a last minute color change I wanted to make in one of my orders . The process is overall fast.

I was so frustrated designing and creating the image I wanted, possibly from doing it on my very old computer, I was super relieved when I finished. Especially since I needed it for the upcoming weekend. I filled out all my information, and I was frustrated again when I realized I submitted an incorrect email address AFTER I sent it. I called immediately and not only did the customer service rep Michael correct my email address, he also walked me through their timing process and helped ensure I would receive my banner in time for the tournament I was ordering it for.
He then reached out again to tell me the messages had been sent to the corrected email address and he wanted to be sure I received everything. It wasn’t much work, and it didn’t take much time, but Michael really helped ease my mind that I would be getting my order when I needed it despite the fact that I waited too long to order it in the first place and messed up my own info. Awesome quality! Easy to install. Ordering process was fast. Customer service was great, and worked with me to make sure the sizing and proportion was perfect. Very friendly, even sent a thank you card. They really care about their product and their customers. We love our Window World decal. It is the center piece of our showroom that everyone sees when they walk in.

Since my expensive printer went down, I couldn't make it without them. I really wish I had started using them before I invested $35000 in the printer and its high upkeep cost.
