Good selection and prices. You have staff that is knowledgeable about bikes vs trying to be a store that sells other stuff not related to cycling. It gives me more confidence when I make decisions.
I am not thrilled about going into a store asking where i can find something and being told, "I think we have that, try over there." Then being left on my own.
I am always able to get what I want from you and if you don't have it you get it quickly. I also like talking to folks who love riding because they can understand what my needs are. Quite frankly I have gone in for some small thing and after talking to one of your people, I end up getting something I didn't know existed.

The sales and maintenance staff consider customers to be very important and tend to their specific requirements in a friendly and efficient manner. As a customer I was impressed at the immediate attention I received for my specific bike problem which made my day. I cannot say more about the products offered by Northstar, if you can’t get it here you can’t get it anywhere..
