I found a mountain bike stem that local shops didn't have at a third the price they were charging to order it. Plus the one I got here was a reputable brand. Very pleased!

I was looking for a specific product, knew what I wanted, but couldn't find at my local bike shops. At major online realtors, price of product was grossly inflated, or came with delivery fees that were more than the price of the product. I was grateful that Northstar Bicycle Company had the product at the correct price point with appropriate delivery fees. Service was very good, delivery was within a few days after purchase.
